- work as a Web Design Engineer for Jake Goldman’s WordPress agency 10up.
- love WordPress. Like, alot.
- have my MM in Piano Accompanying and Chamber Music from the Eastman School of Music, one of the top conservatories in the world. Bonus: I implemented their WordPress-powered site while working there as a web developer.
- have my BM in Music Performance – Piano from Virginia Commonwealth University.
- was born in Albany and spent my early years living on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, but I’d call myself a Virginia Beach native at the end of the day.
- love food and cooking and am convinced that I would be a pastry chef if I started everything over again. I also have soft spots for Chinese food (of course) and Southern staples like biscuits, potlikker, cornbread, Chick-fil-a, and Waffle House.
- live in Wichita (yes, Kansas) with my awesome husband, professor of clarinet at Wichita State University and principal clarinetist of the Wichita Symphony.
- have 4 wonderful siblings, each with a different pair of parents.
- much prefer to play piano with others, rather than by myself.
- believe in P90X.
- play video games whenever I manage to find free time.
- was inspired to blog back in 2002 by the Asian and continue to be today.
